The Universal Journal of Non-linear
Mechanics covers activity and development of innovative contributions
in all kinds of non-linear mechanics of solids, structures and fluids related
mainly to civil engineering, mechanical, chemical, electrical and aeronautical
engineering, but also to other fields of engineering as well. Research in
non-linear problems on structural analysis, computational mechanics,
computer-aided engineering, dynamics of structures, elasticity, plasticity,
thermoelasticity, elastoplasticity, experimental analysis and instrumentation,
fluid mechanics, hydrodynamics, gas dynamics, astrodynamics, hydraulics,
aeroelasticity, aerodynamics, turbulence, inelastic behavior of solids and
structures, probabilistic methods, properties of materials, fracture mechanics,
stability of structural elements, non-linear ordinary and partial differential
equations and non-linear integral equations is included. Contributions can be
either analytical, experimental or numerical, covering all aspects of
non-linear mechanics. So, the papers published should present innovative
analytical and numerical methods and novel experimental methods, which should
be far beyond the current "state of art".
